How do I book a shoot?

Glad to hear you are interested in Booking! You can click the CONTACT button above and I will get with you shortly. You can also click the BOOK A SESSION WITH ME tab at the top of my website to view availability and book your session.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?

Once booking is confirmed, I will send an invoice to your email where you can pay with card.

20% of your payment is a non-refundable retainer fee.

Payment must be received before the day of your session.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE FROM MY SESSION?

The amount of photos you will receive will be based on the package you decide on. The amount of images are listed in the details of the package. I also offer an option to add photos for an extra charge.

CAN I HAVE THE RAW FILES TO MY SESSION?

I absolutely do not sell or give away my RAW images.

CAN I ADD MY OWN FILTER OVER THE IMAGES?

You will not have permission to alter the images yourself. Do not add a filter or edit the images that you receive from Ace Visuals.

WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY PHOTOS?

I want to deliver photos that my clients will love. If you are unhappy with the images, message me so we can discuss the issue. Before you book, please make sure my editing fits your style.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR OUR GALLERY TO BE DELIVERED?

I do my best to deliver your gallery between 1-3 weeks.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE OUR SESSION?

The 20% retainer fee is non-refundable. It can be applied to rescheduled dates depending on availability.

Do you photograph events?

Yes, I photograph select events. Event coverage varies depending on the size and scope, so please contact me directly for more information and availability.
